Now this following text was transcribed from a US world history book and regardless of whether the book was printed in the United States or abroad this is a worldwide except fact of world history. ' Clandestine leaflets distributed by the underground opposition in Spain in 1942 pointed out that the Spanish Civil War had effectively been the first of Hitler's wars of invasion. Arguably, the Francoist side would not have defeated the Spanish government if it had not been for the aid proffered by Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. Indeed, there may well have been no civil war at all; the rebellious forces were soon defeated in Spain's principal cities. By the end of the conflict, Heinrich Himmler's SS officers were involved in training Generalissimo Francisco Franco's police. Governmental agreements were made allowing the German state to pursue fleeing enemies in Spain and Spanish Republicans in France, but Spaniards did not cooperate in handing over "racial enemies" to the Nazis as was done so enthusiastically in France. Much of the Spanish press, however, was virtually controlled by Spanish and German pro-Nazi agents, at least to the extent that news of the world conflict was uniformly pro-Axis." Now let's hope there are still some freedom loving, even temperament and righteously thinking individuals left in Spain today I bring this to your attention because a second warrant for the arrest of three US service personnel has been issued in considering the official political structure in Spain at the moment this very well may be in issue for these two officers and one senior NCO if they happen to be caught in a country with an extradition treaty with Spain and I would truly believe this is a case of those who fail to remember their history are doomed to repeat it I speak here of Spain itself now as for the three US service men if you are not aware of the issue at hand this goes back to the original invasion of Iraq in 2003 when a Spanish citizen and news cameraman and a Ukrainian cameraman were killed in a hotel after a US tank fired upon the building because they were taking direct fire from the building which resulted in the death of the two cameramen now first of all network cameraman who put themselves in harms way must except an inherent amount of danger and loss of life is a definite risk one in which I'm sure both were aware of but the Spanish government has seen fit to allow their Supreme Court to overturn an earlier dismissal of these Chargers against the three US service personnel now note other sources have revealed the two officers names and the name of the NCO in the incident I feel no need to call undue attention to these professionals who were performing their duty at the time that this tragic incident occurred a full military debriefing and investigation was conducted at the time and no breach of the rules of engagement at the time were found these three professionals were cleared of any wrongdoing but as I stated before the Spanish Supreme Court ruling in layman's terms state that any Spanish citizen killed on foreign soil that was not properly investigated is well within the government of Spain's Authority to hold the individuals responsible now this was not an act of terrorism by the United States upon Spain nor was it a individual attack carried out by three professionals upon two cameramen it was an tragic act of war a act of direct fire indiscriminate fire which yielded these casualties Spain in a vain attempt to appease the family of the fallen cameraman and Islamic Jihads in the country the same ones that Spain arbitrated an agreement to stop the terrorist attacks on their country and then still set off a bomb in the train station how far will Spain's government sink before the people actually get fit up and do something about it or will they

Tank fire is "Direct" fire. Anything line-of-sight is direct fire.
